homozygous for the Dpy and Unc mutations. Dpy and Unc are unlinked,
autosomal genes, and both mutations are recessive. You are provided
with one plate of stock hermaphrodite worms that are homozygous for
Dpy, a second plate of stock hermaphrodite worms that are
homozygous for Unc, and a third plate with male worms that are
homozygous wild type. The first step is to cross the wild type male
with the Dpy hermaphrodite. Show the results of this cross, and
then the next crosses required to achieve homozygous worms with
both Dpy Unc mutations.
