The Action Plan outlines the priority projects over the next 20 years, which will transform our City Centre. These include:Studies to investigate new initiative Answer preview:This unit has generally helped me to reflect on the experience I have gained from the study practices and fieldwork. The unit is specifically designed to improve the performance of future professionals as well as fresh graduates in resolving conflict and in communication skills. The project was majorly a group work and its specific aim was for students in every group to attain skills practically on consultancy. My desktop research involved the actions conducted by the Sydney councils to minimize the Urban Heat Island which was a great concern in the region. During the research, I also observed the strategic planning policies and the UHI assessment organized by other councils in Sydney region. These policies and assessment gave the councils insight in developing the UHI mitigation for Ryde City.
