Your job, as aclass, is to develop examples of what a student might say in each levelof Perry’s Scheme of Intellectual and Ethical Development. Therefore,develop a response to this question: What would students say at eachposition of Perry’s scheme?In order to do this, each of you needsto develop a short scenario and focus on what an undergraduate studentmight say based on his or her position within Perry’s DevelopmentalScheme. Remember to include the “why” because cognitive theory tells usthat how or why a student reached a decision is more important than theactual words or actions the student used in determining his or her levelof cognitive development. In addition, remember that the class needs todevelop examples for the entire scheme. If you see several examplesfrom one position already posted, be sure to move on to anotherposition.
